US Army Contracting Command proposes to award a sole source firm fixed price commercial contract to: Analysis & Design Application Co. Ltd. CD-adapco 60 Broadhollow Road Melville, NY 11747 For the renewal of STAR CCM Power and Single Session Software Maintenance Licenses. To best of the Government's knowledge, there are not any other firms that can satisfy this requirement. Award of this contract will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS, however interested firms may submit a capability statement in response to the above requirement to Chris Murphy, Contract Specialist, Email: contact@example.gov. A determination by the Government not to open competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received by 3:00 PM EST November 19th, 2013.
