Full Description

The White Sands Missile Range Contracting Office intends to award on a sole source basis to Teradyne Inc., 5700 MoPac Expressway South,Building D, Suite 400, Austin, Texas 78749. This requirement includes Base Channel and Memory Test Upgrades to exis ting, previously procured Teradyne J750. The upgrades will increase the test systems capability for more varied and more complex testing to be performed with the existing proprietary equipment only manufactured by Teradyne Inc.. Teradyne Inc. has propriety rights on the upgrade of this system and is the ony known source that can meet our requirement. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisf y Agency Requirement.
