The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to award on a sole-source basis to Boston Dynamics, 515 Massachusetts Avenue, Third Floor, Cambridge, MA 93065-0900, a contract to support the Testing, Experimentation, Assessment, Modeling and Simulation (TEAMS) facility at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Weapon System Department, munitions branch, as described below.
