Full Description

NA U.S. Army White Sands Missile Range has a need for a follow-on effort on a sole source basis. The Government intends to award a contract to Advatech Pacific, 2015 West Park Avenue STE 8, Redlands CA 92373-6271 for a follow-on effort to continue work on A ircraft Vulnerability Model (AVM) Software Version 2.03.2 pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Advatech is sole source because they delivered 3 iterations builds of the AVM Software and have been working on Version 2.04. Therefore, in order t o complete the stand alone AVM Software it is neccesssary to award a contract to Advatech Pacific Inc. Since Advatech Pacific Inc. is the only contractor intimately familiar with this software they are the only source who can reasonably continue working on it. It is estimated that this effort will take 6 months to complete.
