Full Description

The Army Geospatial Center, Contracts Office intends to award a Sole Source, Fixed Price, Contract to ExLibris (USA) Inc. under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). The procurement of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) maintnence for Voyager software. ExLibris is the sole source that offers the Voyager software license and maintenance. Voyager is an ILS with modules for cataloging, circulation, acquisitions, reports and others. Voyager's online public access catalog (OPAC) WebVoyage is the interface between the customer and the library's catalog. WebVoyage is available to customers with a .mil address and a CAC card. WebVoyage allows those users to conduct four types of searches: simple, advanced, country/regional and geospatial. Voyager is manufactured and distributed solely by ExLibris. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The anticipated award date is 5 September 2014.
