PR: F2BBBE8038A001 Filomena Gomez 14 February 2008 NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE - 14 February 2008 - HANSCOM AFB intends to issue a purchase order under FAR 13.501, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to EVANS ANALYTICAL GROUP, on a Sole Source basis to purchase the following services: CLIN 0001: STK Professional Edition - Node Locked License CLIN 0002: STK Professional Edition Annual Support and Upgrades CLIN 0003: STK/Astrogator Module for PC - Node Locked License CLIN 0004: STK/Astrogator Annual Support and upgrades Maintenance This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-23 effective 26 December 2007. This requirement is determined to be available from only one source because of it unique requirements. No request for quote for this procurement will be transmitted via Federal Business Opportunities. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received within 4 days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government with an award date on or about 22 February 2008. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
