The TRICARE Management Activities (TMA) Great Lakes Military Medical Support Office (MMSO) is seeking to establish a 12-month maintenance support agreement for the Deltec 9000 Uninterruptible Power System (UPS). This contract is essential to ensure continuous 24/7 system availability for MMSO users by providing access to replacement parts and technical assistance. The maintenance support must be provided by Eaton Corporation, the sole manufacturer authorized to maintain the Deltec 9000 UPS, as no other vendors or resellers are permitted to offer this service. The exclusivity is grounded in statutory regulations allowing for non-competitive procurement due to the unique capability of Eaton to uphold the system's integrity and operational reliability, critical for mission success. The Deltec 9000 UPS plays a vital role in maintaining security and accreditation compliance with Information Assurance Vulnerability requirements for DoD network operations. Any maintenance performed by unauthorized sources risks system damage, part unavailability, and potential disruption of mission-critical services. Firms interested in providing these services are invited to submit written notifications, supported by detailed evidence of capability, within 15 calendar days of the notice's publication. Submissions must be sent via email in MS Word or PDF format, with no telephone inquiries accepted. While responses will be considered, the government retains sole discretion over whether to proceed with a competitive selection; absent any responses, the contract will be awarded directly to Eaton.

Any firm that believes it can provide the services required is invited to submit a written notification to the Contracting Officer within 15 calendar days from the date of this publication of this notice. Supporting evidence must be provided in sufficient detail to demonstrate the firms ability to provide these services. Information must be sent to Ms. Jennifer Dunlap via e-mail utilizing MS Word or .PDF File at contact@example.gov . No telephone requests will be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
