Full Description

This is a notice of intent to issue a delivery order to Raytheon Company, 350 Lowell Street, Andover, MD 01810 under GSA Schedule GS-02F-0046U on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 8.405-6,) Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level or quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. The proposed procurement is for the purchase of 15 each Reconfigurable Table Top Trainers (RT3). This requirement is Subject to Availability of Funds (SAF). Interested parties need to identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote by 14 August 2011. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
