70--WINDOWS WORKSTATIONS LICENSE

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The National Capital Region Contracting Command, Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), Pentagon, on behalf of the US Army Command & Control Support Agency, intends to procure additional server and workstation licenses allow visibility and exercise configuration management over every windows server on the SIPR and NIPRNET. This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract with no option periods. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Solicitation number W80NUQ-9119-0001-000 is applicable and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-03. This is a HUBZONE certified small business set-aside, small business set-aside, or under full and open procedures. The NAICS code for this contract action is 541511. The anticipated award date is 2 July 2009. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered.
