The 505th Command and Control Wing is conducting market research through a Sources Sought Notice to identify qualified industry capability to support the 705th Combat Training Squadron’s Comprehensive Cost and Requirements (CCaR) System, specifically focusing on database configuration, administration, and sustainment. This effort is purely for acquisition planning and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to award a contract; responses are treated as information only and will not be considered proposals or used for payment except under limited cost recovery provisions. The anticipated NAICS code is 541219 with a $25 million size standard, and the government is actively encouraging small businesses to respond to assess potential for a total small business set aside. Industry respondents must submit a capabilities package not exceeding ten pages detailing their technical approach aligned with the draft Performance Work Statement and their relevant business experience. The anticipated contract, if pursued, will include a transition phase, one base period, and four one-year option periods, with an expected award date around 21 December 2026 and performance scheduled to commence on 21 February 2027. The Request for Proposal release date remains unspecified. Performance may require travel both within and outside the continental United States, and a DD-254 security form will be mandatory. Submissions must be sent via email to the designated point of contacts by 2:00 p.m. CDT on 21 July 2026 and should include identification of any GSA contract holdings. Responses will inform the government’s future acquisition strategy but will not result in immediate contractual obligations.
