MARKET SURVEY FOR ENTERPRISE FINANCIAL SERVICES (EFS) II: AMENDMENT 0001The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a Market Survey/Request for Information (RFI) for Enterprise Financial Services (EFS) II to inform industry of its intent to conduct a competitive source selection for these financial services. This solicitation aims to assess industry interest and capabilities, determine if adequate competition exists to consider a small business set-aside, and gather input on the draft statement of work (SOW). The FAA seeks comprehensive feedback that demonstrates firms' capabilities, including performance measures, transition risk mitigation, innovation examples, and service delivery approaches across nine defined work areas related to budget and finance support. Respondents are encouraged to describe their experience with federal clients, teaming arrangements, contract vehicles available for FAA use, and business size classification under NAICS code 541219. This is not a solicitation for proposals, and the FAA will not pay for information submitted or costs incurred. Responses must be submitted by June 18, 2026, and should be limited to 30 pages in PDF format. Respondents should avoid submitting proprietary information unless properly marked with the protective legend as specified. Questions about the survey will be accepted through June 11, 2026. The FAA may follow up with respondents for additional information but does not guarantee any form of business opportunity from participation. The goal of this market survey is to help FAA finalize its acquisition strategy and ensure a thorough understanding of industry capabilities in delivering specialized enterprise financial services support.
