Bill Young VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, Bay Pines, FL. 33733 has a need to purchase 92 each Custom Patient Information Boards, AMFAB Inc. is the referenced manufacturer, brand name or equal. The RFQ # is 36C24818Q0523. This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 (01-24-2018).
