This is a Special Notice of Intent to award a sole-source firm fixed price commodities purchase order in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) under the expressed authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c). US Army Contracting Agency, Mission & Installation Contracting The Joint Base Myer/Henderson Hall, Ft Myer, VA, MDW AOG, has a requirement for Furniture for the Flight Plan room. The Government intends to make a sole source 8(a) award to Kaleo LLC 22590 Relocation Drive Sterling, Va 20166. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The FSC Code is 7110 and the NAICS Code is 337214. The solicitation will not be posted.
