W91QF7-10-T-0253 Notice Type: Special Notice Synopsis: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Myer Directorate of Contracting has a requirement for TRAXX, Office Furniture on Fort McNair, Washington, D.C. MICC-Myer intends to award a 8(A) firm fixed price contract to Metro Office Solutions, 4692 Millennium Drive, Suite 420 Belcamp, MD 21017. This will be a Set-Aside requirement to 8(A) under DFAR authority 252.219-7009. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423210 with a size standard of 100 employees. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 5021. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. MICC-Myer will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses will be considered.
