The City of Los Angeles Department of City Planning has issued a Notice of Exemption under CEQA Guidelines Section 15303 Class 3 for the project located at 749 North Crane Boulevard. The scope of work involves the construction, use, and maintenance of a new 2,493.10 square foot single-family dwelling, which includes a 330.50 square foot attached garage on a 5,103.80 square foot lot. Additionally, the project requires the demolition of approximately 321 square feet of existing decking and garden walls on the vacant lot, which is situated within the Mount Washington-Glassell Park Specific Plan area.
