7A--SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE

The Department of the Interior, through the Interior Business Center Acquisition Services Directorate, has issued a Sources Sought Notice under solicitation number 140D0427Q0886 to identify capable vendors for Software AG product support. The objective is to secure annual subscription licensing, software maintenance, updates, patches, and technical support for the Federal Personnel and Payroll System (FPPS) and WebFPPS, including their production and development environments. This requirement is critical for sustaining mission-critical Federal personnel and payroll processing across z/OS, Windows, and Red Hat Linux (x86) platforms. The anticipated contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price agreement with a total period of performance of 60 months, consisting of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The scope of work covers a comprehensive portfolio of software, including Adabas, Natural, Entire Net-Work, CONNX, Com-plete, Predict, Entire System Server, Adabas Review, Natural for Ajax, NaturalONE, and Entire Connection. Specific licensing requirements include 1,899 MIPS for MIPS-based products, two high-performance processor cores for zIIP products, 60 cumulative named users for Entire Connection, 10 cumulative concurrent users for applicable Windows or Red Hat Linux products, and 10 Type D processor cores for Natural for Ajax Runtime Open Systems.
