Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO22, intends to acquire Cadwell EMG-HL7-CadLink Inbound and Outbound Electromyography (EMG) Software OR EQUAL under the authorities of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.201-1(c)(2). The Government intends to solicit quotations directly from suppliers and will not issue a formal, Request for Quotation (RFQ) on SAM.gov.
The required services shall be provided by the contractor along with all resources necessary to satisfy the salient characteristics for the required software described in Statement of Work (SOW). See attached Statement of Work.
The anticipated award date is 9/18/2026.
This notice is NOT a request for quotes. Responsible sources may identify their interest and capability by contacting the Contracting Officer. Interested and capable sources are encouraged to respond to this notice via e-mail not later than 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time on 9/2/2026 to dyne.kim@va.gov with Response to Presolicitation/Notice of Intent Notice Cadwell EMG-HL7-CadLink Inbound and Outbound Electromyography (EMG) Software OR EQUAL as the subject line.
