Page 1 of 3 NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 6, 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton, VA 23667, intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price contract to MedBridge, INC for the W. G. Hefner Medical Center, 1601 Brenner Ave. Salisbury, NC 28144; South Charlotte Veterans Health Care Center, 3506 W Tyvola Rd, Charlotte, NC 28208; and Kernersville VA Health Care Center, 1695 Kernersville Medical Pkwy, Kernersville, NC 27284. This contract action is for a subscription to a multi-product rehabilitation professional platform. Including content on an integrated professional development and patient education platform that is compliant with the Health Information Trust Alliance Common Security Framework (HITRUST CSF) for staff and patients assigned to the W. G. Hefner Medical Center, 1601 Brenner Ave. Salisbury, NC 28144; South Charlotte Veterans Health Care Center, 3506 W Tyvola Rd, Charlotte, NC 28208; and Kernersville VA Health Care Center, and for which the Government intends to solicit from only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541519 with a size standard for NAICS is $34.0 million.
