All equipment must be new, industry-validated, and come with a minimum one-year warranty, with the LED wall offering a three-year warranty and spare components. The work must be performed by qualified in-house technicians, a certified commissioner, programmer, and a dedicated project manager, with full compliance to NFPA 101, OSHA, and VA facility access protocols. Vendors must be VetCert-listed and demonstrate expertise in AV integration, licensing, engineering, programming, and training. Required deliverables include complete engineered drawings, system programming by certified personnel, end-user training, as-built documentation, warranty records, and removal and disposal of all existing equipment. The system must pass functional testing and receive user acceptance prior to final sign-off.
