Presolicitation Notice


The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) Cardiology Service requires continued access to the Philips I Vault PACS Storage system, which serves as the core archive and transmission platform for all echocardiography studies produced by the facility s existing Philips IntelliSpace Cardiovascular (ISCV) ultrasound ecosystem. The Philips I Vault PACS is the only VA approved and OEM validated storage architecture capable of receiving, storing, indexing, and delivering the proprietary DICOM echo datasets generated by Philips ISCV modalities without data loss, format conversion failures, or corruption of measurement and structured reporting elements. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 16, intends to orally solicit a 100% Total-SDVOSB firm-fixed priced RFQ to the two OEM verified authorized SDVOSBs distributors for the following items:
