The Department of Veterans Affairs, through its Technology Acquisition Center in Eatontown, New Jersey, is seeking industry input via a presolicitation Request for Information (RFI) for the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide, vendor-agnostic Software as a Service (SaaS) Radiotherapy Quality Assurance (QA) system, identified by solicitation number 36C10B26Q0502 and product service code 7H20. This initiative aims to standardize, automate, and centralize QA data acquisition, analysis, and reporting across all 41 VA Radiation Oncology centers, supporting linear accelerators, brachytherapy systems, CT, MRI, and other QA devices. The solution must enable manual and automated workflows, provide unlimited customizable templates, support automated image analysis for multi-leaf collimators and cone beam CT, and ensure compliance with AAPM Task Group standards including TG-142, TG-51, and TG-198, as well as Medical Physics Practice Guidelines. The proposed system must be cloud-deployed, integrate seamlessly with existing VA infrastructure at medical center O&IT environments, and be fully accessible, meeting Section 508 Chapter 2 scoping requirements.
