The items will be delivered to two military locations: New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, and San Joaquin, California. The procurement includes a base year and two option years, with each year requiring a minimum of 10,000 and a maximum of 40,000 units. Deliveries are scheduled to begin 120 days following the contract award. The solicitation and amendments are available exclusively in electronic form via the DLA Procurement Gateway, and vendors must register online to obtain them.
