89--Special Notice - IEEs in Specific Industries

The Bureau of Indian Affairs, under the Department of the Interior, has issued a special notice for market research to identify qualified Indian Economic Enterprises and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises. This effort is conducted under the Buy Indian Act to maximize contracting opportunities for these entities and promote economic development within Indian Country. The agency is seeking capability statements from firms experienced in specific industries, including Educational Support Services, Trust and Fiduciary Activities, Engineering Services, Food Service Contractors, and Miscellaneous Food Manufacturing. There is no formal solicitation or contract award at this time, and the notice is strictly for market research purposes. Interested firms must provide their company name, SAM.gov Unique Entity Identifier, confirmation of IEE or ISBEE status, relevant NAICS codes, core competencies, and demonstrated experience. The agency is particularly interested in firms that can provide geographic service coverage in remote or challenging locations. Capability statements should be submitted via email to the designated point of contact, and responses will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
