This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N61128-06-T-0003 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-07 Effective 2Feb06. Sic code 5172. A written proposal is requested to provide four each of 1,000 gallon capacity Butane/Propane tanks in accordance with the FEDSPEC BB-G-110, Type III. This gas will be used to operate a 750,000 BTU Dehumidifier and 350,000 BTU Hot Water Heater located at the Defense Commissary Agency (DECA) located at COMNAVMARIANAS, Guam. The contractor will refill these tanks within 24 hours upon request by the ordering officer. Period of performance is 1 April 2006 through 31 March 2007.
