The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-14-R-0140 for the following cemetery: Port Hudson National Cemetery 20978 Port Hickey Road Zachary, LA 70791 The purpose of this Millennium Project at Port Hudson National Cemetery is to install concrete marker grid support-system, remove, clean, raise, realign and reset designated upright headstones and renovate designated sections of turf at the Port Hudson National Cemetery, Zachary, Louisiana 70791. The awarded contractor shall cover a period from date of award through 240 calendar days from start through finish after Notice of Award has been issued. Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, supplies, transportation, equipment and supervisory necessary to perform and complete all work to: " Construct a Marker Grid Support System (that includes, but not limited to: clearing and grubbing vegetation) " Excavation and backfill, " Marker identification tagging " Marker removal, " Concrete foundation " Concrete pre-cast marker support block " Marker re-installation with leveling sand " Marker cleaning " Turf and restoration work " Raising and Realigning Upright Headstones in specified sections via the Traditional way as well as utilizing the new concrete bead system in other specified sections. This acquisition is 100% Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 812220, Size Standard is $19.0 Million.
