Full Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to operate the Postal Service Center (PSC) as defined in the Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract. The contractor shall comply with applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, codes, technical manuals, manufacturer's instructions and recommendations, and acceptable commercial practices in the delivery of required services. The Administrative Services Division requires contract personnel to operate the PSC for Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM) Field dormitory residents, Temporary Duty personnel, personnel who have General Delivery addresses while awaiting a permanent mailing address, and active duty and retired military personnel residing at Holiday Park who are eligible for General Delivery service. The Air Force structure does not include personnel at the unit level who can perform these functions. This service is vital for the morale and welfare of those who live and work at JBLM-McChord Field.
