(5) VULNERABILITY/SURVIVABILITY STUDIES. The contractor shall assess the vulnerability of new or modified aircraft and advise on potential performance related to radar, infrared or other signature reduction methods. (6) ACQUISITION SUPPORT. The contractor shall advise, assess, and report on issues regarding air platform acquisition programs, including compliance with certification requirements of the FAA, the Federal Acquisition Regulations, contract requirements, and program guidance.
