The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic, Charleston SC intends to issue a sole source award to Intelligent Automation, Inc. under the authority of 10U.S.C. 2304(c) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1.The requirement is to procure customized Automated Dive Profile Transmission and Synchronization (Auto-DPTS) software solution using a proprietary algorithm and design. Intelligent Automation, Inc. (IAI), the contractor actively participating in the Automated Dive Profile Transmission and Synchronization (Auto-DPTS) ONR TechSolutions sponsored project, which was competed under a BAA with the Office of Naval Research (ONR), has already contributed to the early success of this project with funding from ONR. This action will be conducted IAW FAR parts 12 and 13. The resulting contract will be firm fixed price. NAICS code 541715. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers.
