A complete refurbish of a 1997 John Deere Motor Grader 770 C.
This is to outline in general terms the expectations for the refurbishment of the Chattooga River Ranger Districts motor grader: John Deere 770C.
Work that is to be accomplished is as follows:
All systems and components will be inspected, rebuilt or replaced as needed, this will include:
Engine and drivetrain: engine, fuel injector system, transmission, and drive system along with all components this involves are to be inspected, repaired and or replaced as needed.
Steering and brakes: all steering components and brakes front and rear to include hydraulic cylinders rebuilt or replaced as needed
Hydraulic operating systems: all hydraulic cylinders and lines repaired or replaced to include blade systems articulation systems, and the addition of scarifiers and scarifier controls
Lights and electrical systems: to include all lights work lights, blinkers, hazard lights, strobes, and interior electricals to include interior lights, radio, and radio speakers.
Operator station: repair and or replacement of seating, headliner, cracked or broken glass and mirrors
Exterior: machine is to be cleaned and repainted and decals replaced.
Tires: tires should be replaced as needed with like branded tires if tread ware is measured at less than 50% of new
