Full Description

Fifteen days after publication of this notice, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) intends to issue a purchase order to Syntek. Syntek has a unique combination of systems, circuit, and device level expertise to analyze the impact of silicon carbide power electronics on future Naval ships. They are uniquely suited to assess the system level impact of the new technology. This order shall be for an amount less than $100,000 and the research to be provided shall take place within a period of three months after issuance of the purchase order.
