The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command Acquisition Center, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intens to award a sole source (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) to Michigan Technological University, 1400 Townsend Dr., Houghton, MI 49931-1200. Under the proposed contract, the Government will obtain technical support to conduct analyses to examine the effectiveness of the various signaling systems used during field tests that were previously executed under a different contract. A final report covering the field test and analysis performed will be prepared. Please see the attached document for additional information.
