The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to Oregon Iron Works (OIW), 9700 S.E. Lawnfield Road, Clackamas, OR 97015, to modify the SEALION I to have the capability to transport a Seal Delivery Vehicle (SDV) and upgrade the main propulsion engines and the associated mechanical and electrical systems.
