A -- Roll-On Roll-Off Sensor System for Contingency Airborne Response (OSSCAR) Program

The Naval Air Systems Command at Patuxent River, MD, intends to award a sole source contract to COMPASS Systems, Inc. for continued research, development, technical, and engineering support related to various Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Targeting (C4ISR&T) programs.
