Due to these factors and the time and substantial duplication of costs involved in procuring and phasing in another contractor, DRI is considered the only contractor that can meet DOE NNSA's requirements. Interested organizations may respond to this posting by email to contact@example.gov no later than 3:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time on September 7, 2021. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. No costs incurred as a result of replying to this notice will be reimbursed by the Government.
