The intention to enter into a Sole Source Contract with Saba Software Inc. for a fully configured, monolithic, hosted LMS, including an annual SaaS Subscription License to use the Software in a Protected Environment (up to Protected B) Cloud in accordance with the terms of the Contract, and for Software Maintenance and Support Services, as well as client needs. The required solution must also include the provision of both software configuration and potential customization of requirements, along with supporting subscription services for the Department and associated infrastructure to host the solution in a SaaS model of operations. The solution’s operation and use will require the Contractor to provide complete documentation and training as required by ESDC.
