ADA PARATRANSIT ELIGIBILITY ASSESSMENT SERVICES

The City of Charlotte is soliciting proposals under RFP 269-2027-2081 for a qualified contractor to administer ADA paratransit eligibility assessments for the Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS). The primary objective is to determine if individuals with disabilities can reasonably use fixed-route transit, with determinations based on functional ability rather than exclusively on medical diagnosis in compliance with the ADA of 1990.
