ADaPT Gen III PCB Fabrication/Assembly

NASA’s Glenn Research Center is seeking small business contractors to fabricate and assemble the ADaPT Gen III Antenna PCB under solicitation 80NSSC26933620Q, a total small business set-aside pursuant to FAR 19.5. The contract requires precise PCB fabrication and assembly using NASA-provided design file packages, with strict adherence to specialized microwave substrate materials including Astra MT77 prepregs/cores and CF-004 signal layers, as well as tight tolerances for via size and trace geometry.
