COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under commercial items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07. The NAICS code is 541850 Indoor and Outdoor Display advertising and small business size is $30.5M. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested, and a separate solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. INTENT TO SOLICIT ONLY ONE SOURCE The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government is soliciting and negotiating with only one source under FAR 13.501. The name of the company the Government intends to award a contract is Outfront Media (Cage 7D4N5, Small Business) located at 405 Lexington Ave, FL17, New York, New York 10174-1801. This notice of this intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. The Government determined not to open the requirement up for competition since Outfront Media has sole proprietorship or sole leasing options to advertise on urban furniture, metro rail posters, building sides, urban kiosks and more in under-served communities.
