All-American Arena Products — Ice arena products and services

Master Agreement 081425 is a cooperative purchasing contract between Sourcewell, a Minnesota service cooperative, and All-American Ice, LLC (dba All-American Arena Products). The agreement establishes a procurement solution for ice rink and arena equipment and related supplies and services, including ice resurfacers, refrigeration systems, dasher boards, HVAC, and associated installation and maintenance services. The contract is designed for use by eligible public agencies, including governmental, educational, nonprofit, and tribal entities across the United States and Canada. The initial term is four years, effective from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2029, with potential extensions up to a total of seven years. Under the agreement, participating agencies receive discounts ranging from 3% to 10%, with 5% being the most common. All-American Arena Products is a certified Small Business Enterprise and is responsible for delivering fully operational solutions compliant with safety and regulatory codes. Deliveries are handled on a task-order basis with terms set as FOB origin, freight prepaid. The award was determined through a trade-off process based on a 1,000-point evaluation system that prioritized pricing, the depth and breadth of solutions, and the supplier's ability to sell and deliver. The supplier is required to maintain compliance with various federal regulations, including the Clean Air Act and the Buy American Act, and must provide mandatory quarterly sales reporting to Sourcewell.
