Alterations and Repairs for SSA Headquarter Bldgs

This contract is a Request for Proposal for the establishment of a Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to perform alterations and repairs on Social Security Administration headquarters buildings in Baltimore, Maryland, and a facility in Frederick County, Maryland. The primary scope includes demolition and repouring of approximately 1,000 square feet of concrete sidewalks at the Robert M. Ball Courtyard, with requirements to excavate, grade, and install new six-inch-thick reinforced concrete surfaces that meet ADA accessibility standards and OSHA safety codes. All work must comply with applicable fire, building, plumbing, and electrical codes, and contractors must implement a government-approved quality control program featuring a three-phase inspection process, documentation of deficiencies, and timely corrective actions.
