Alternate Line Vehicle Proposals (Equivalent or Upgraded Models)

Providers are invited to submit alternate vehicle proposals for 1-ton, 4WD, extended cab pickup trucks that are equivalent to or superior to the specified model, using the detailed format outlined in Appendix 4.2. Proposals must include comprehensive pricing and technical specifications to demonstrate how the alternate vehicles meet or exceed the required performance, capability, and features. The solicitation is open as a subcontract under NAICS code 336111 and is managed by the Missouri Department of Transportation. Responses are due by 5:00 PM on July 27, 2026, with submissions evaluated based on compliance with the template and overall value relative to the baseline requirements.
