The Department of Homeland Security, through FEMA's Logistics Management Directorate, is conducting market research via a Request for Information to identify cloud-based Software-as-a-Service solutions for the transition, implementation, operation, maintenance, and modernization of the Supply Chain Management System. The system is designed to support disaster logistics operations, including warehouse and transportation operations, inventory management, in-transit visibility, point-of-distribution support, and financial reconciliation. The scope encompasses recurring SaaS licensing, cybersecurity and system authorization support, and optional surge capacity to handle disaster-response requirements. Technical requirements include FedRAMP High certification, compliance with DHS Enterprise Architecture, and adherence to Section 508 accessibility standards. This is a Request for Information (RFI), as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e). This RFI is issued in an effort to understand capabilities, management and implementation strategies of commercially available computer operating system (OS) devices inside the AFNet environment. For the purposes of this RFI, these devices will be called End user Computing Devices (EUCD). Mobile cellular systems should not be proposed as a solution for this RFI. The purpose of this RFI is to explore leading commercial end user client Enterprise Desktop solutions that would aid the completion of Air Force missions. The focus is on unclassified communications where network connectivity is provided by DoD or commercial entities. The RFI is to provide a scalable solution that could be deployed at a minimum to a single Air Force Base, scaling up to support the entire United States Air Force (USAF), USAF Reserve, Air National Guard (ANG) installations, both CONUS/OCONUS and other DoD services
