Ancillary Charges The Government hereby adds the following requirement: Total ancillary charges under the BUNKERS CENTCOM Purchase Program shall not exceed 10% of the total contract price for fuel per delivery order. The Government will not reimburse ancillary charges exceeding this amount. B. Successive Closing Dates The solicitation is hereby amended to add the following provision: This is an open continuous solicitation with successive closing dates. The Government anticipates receiving new requirements throughout the period of performance, ending November 30, 2028. Solicitation SPE608-25-R-0200 will remain open for the addition of new line items.
