Conditional Use Permit Case No. CUP25-000012, Architectural Review Permit Case No. ARP26-000001, Variance Permit Case No. VAR26-000001, and Landscaping Plan Review Case No. LPR26-000003 allows construction of sixteen (16) new market rate residential units. The development will include eight (8) two-story buildings, each building will have two (2) 4-bedroom units. The project includes 41 parking spaces (14 carports and 27 uncovered spaces). open space areas with a trellis, trash enclosure, lighting, and landscaping. The project includes a variance for the elimination of the garage requirement (one garage per unit) and a reduction for covered parking spaces required from sixteen (16) to fourteen (14) covered parking spaces due to a utility easement impacting the property. The proposed exterior of the buildings will include a mixture of rock, stone work, plaster, stucco, wood siding, paint and asphalt roofing.
