The United States Marine Corps, through its Marine Corps Systems Command and Foreign Military Sales office, plans to acquire thirteen AN/TPS-59(V) 3E Radar System A.R.E Spare Operator Console Hard Drives and associated software from Lockheed Martin MS2 Radar Systems. This procurement supports the Marine Corps' provision of radar equipment materials to the Government of Egypt and is being conducted on a sole source basis due to the proprietary nature of the Lockheed Martin hardware and software required for the AN/TPS-59(V) 3E radar system’s Post Detection Processor. The hard drives are specialized components designed to seamlessly integrate with this specific radar system, making Lockheed Martin the only viable source for the contract. This procurement opportunity is not open for competitive bidding; instead, the government intends to solicit and negotiate exclusively with Lockheed Martin under federal acquisition regulations that permit sole source contracting. The Marine Corps welcomes any interested parties to declare their capability to fulfill the requirement or submit proposals within fifteen days of the announcement, though the government retains discretion over whether to pursue competition. The acquisition falls under the NAICS code 334511 for search and detection systems manufacturing and is managed by the Department of the Navy’s Marine Corps Systems Command at Quantico, VA, with designated contracting specialists available for inquiries.

Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration
Solicitation # M6785426I4208
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is conducting market research via Request for Information M67854-26-I-4208 to identify commercial partners for the Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration. The primary objective is to secure skilled, professional IT touch-labor services under a Government-Owned, Government-Operated, Contractor-Supported (GOGOCS) model. While the focus remains on providing DCWF-certified personnel, the government is seeking innovative ways to integrate AI and automation as embedded components of the service delivery model to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual labor costs over time. The government is specifically exploring service-based ordering models, such as procuring hours of service or specific outcomes rather than individual labor categories. For pricing purposes, any contractor-provided proprietary tooling costs must be included within fully burdened labor rates, as this is a services acquisition. Interested respondents must submit a capabilities narrative limited to five pages, a vendor comment matrix in Excel format with a 300-word limit per cell, and optional supplementary materials not exceeding fifteen pages. The current response deadline is November 3, 2026, at 1:00 P.M.
