THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS or QUOTATIONS. Responsible sources may identify their interest by submitting capability information that clearly demonstrates the capability to provide the equipment described in the draft SOW (attached).
