The Department of Veterans Affairs, Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, with the University of Chicago for student/research assistant research services to an ongoing, VA Merit funded research study. This contract is for the continuation of services previously procured for this research study awarded via VA250-17-C-0174. The services being procured will be used with current research protocols to ensure research data continuity and integrity for the ongoing research study.
