Page 1 of 1 The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Maryland Health Care System, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, with Concourse Federal Group, a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), for a follow-on contract for continuation of VA funded research. Concourse built the original prototype, Version 1, and this follow-on contract is to refine the App into Version 2 and test it amongst VA research participants who will use the web-based interface to view a decision tree suggesting different therapies for different types of pain at different times. This is a notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than October 26th, 12PM, EST.
