This is synopisis and not a solicitation. See attached Draft SOW. BSA has need of chemical, microbiological and/or radiochemical analytical services. BSA is procuring these services to cover objectives, such as environmental monitoring, environmental sampling, or waste characterization to cover three separate areas; (1) Limited Radiological Contract requiring New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) Environmental Laboratory Approval Program (ELAP) certification; (2) Limited Non-Radiological Contract requiring NYSDOH ELAP certification; and (3) Full-Service Contract, which will cover the analysis of all samples including waste samples and requires NYSDOH ELAP certifications. This requirement is a follow-on to three subcontracts that are currently in place with two contracts, one radiological and one full-service.
