The City of Houston is seeking a vendor who can perform one annual intensive preventive maintenance and detailed deep cleaning of all computer equipment, cables, cabinets, interior cabinets, surfaces, etc. Service should include vacuuming, cleaning and/or sanitizing all reachable interior and exterior surfaces. The service team is expected to go through each console desk performing intensive cleaning and inspecting the console furniture for any abnormalities. Inspection of consoles and cables for the ICC and TSA areas at 4250 Will Clayton Parkway (ICC - 2nd level) Scope of Work: Specialized Cleaning of ICC Dispatch Equipment We require a professional cleaning service with experience working in high‑tech, mission‑critical environments. The scope includes detailed cleaning of all dispatching and communications equipment within the ICC, including: Computers, monitors, and peripherals Radio systems and components Dispatch consoles Hardware modules, control units, and associated devices All exposed wires, cabling, and data connections Level surfaces, workstations, and desk areas Special Requirements The cleaning provider must have knowledge of pneumatic desk systems, including how to properly operate desks that raise and lower. Staff must be able to navigate a high volume of wires, data cables, and sensitive electronic equipment without causing disconnection, damage, or disruption to active operations. Cleaning must be performed in a manner that does not interrupt the work environment, system functionality, or critical dispatching activities.
